Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Processing times are separate from the shipping times. During peak periods, slight delays may occur; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong & Macau)

• Shipping Rate: HKD 30
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over HKD 500!

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping destinations and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.

Damages and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please preserve all packaging materials and contact us immediately via our contact page to file a carrier claim.
