Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Processing times are separate from the shipping times. During peak periods, slight delays may occur; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong & Macau)

• Dispatch Days: Every Wednesday and Saturday
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 days after dispatch

International Shipping

We also ship internationally. Shipping cost varies by region and order weight and will be shown at checkout, along with the estimated delivery time for your address.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.

Damages and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please preserve all packaging materials and contact us immediately via our contact page to file a carrier claim.
